Orders are accepted via the website, telephone or e-mail. Payment is accepted by credit card, bank transfer or direct deposit. Dispatch may be delayed subject to stock, in which case we will notify you individually.

Article 5 (Returns and exchanges)

Users may request an exchange or return within seven days of delivery. Opened and used cosmetics, or products damaged through the user’s fault, may be excluded.

The Company is not liable where service cannot be provided due to causes beyond its control, such as natural disaster or network failure. Ingredient information on this site is for reference; actual supply specifications follow the contract and specification sheet.
