Pyeongchang, Korea · Rosa Damascena
ROSA n VALLEY grows Damask rose in Pyeongchang, Gangwon.
We study the rose, and develop and supply its ingredients.
WHY ROSA n VALLEY
Because we run the farm and the production line together, we can account for harvest timing, extraction conditions and batch history in full.
A wide daily temperature range and cool nights concentrate the aroma of the rose. We cultivate Damask rose ourselves on our farm in Daehwa-myeon, Pyeongchang.
Petals picked at dawn enter the process the same day. Not dried flowers, not imported concentrate — raw material that comes straight from the field.
Extraction conditions are logged batch by batch, with composition and microbiological checks. Specifications and test reports are provided on request.

INGREDIENTS
From seedling production to cultivation, ingredient development, R&D and B2B supply, ROSA n VALLEY connects the value of Damask rose into an industry.
Fresh
One month a year, at its freshest. Damask rose grown in Pyeongchang blooms for only about a month — in June — so fresh harvest is possible in that window alone. A rare material, available briefly.
Rose Water
Rose water produced from Pyeongchang Damask rose flowers by two processes — LT by low-temperature vacuum extraction, SD by distillation.
Dried
Dried Damask rose that keeps the scent, colour and character of the raw flower, for use across a range of products — powder, bath products and more.
Frozen
Freshness held as it was — harvested Damask rose, flash-frozen. Beyond the June shipping season it still serves extraction and other processing.

NEWS
Updates from the farm, our research and exhibitions.

The first harvest of the year has started at our Daehwa-myeon farm in Pyeongchang. Dawn picking continues for about four weeks from mid-June.

We presented our low-temperature Rose Water LT and steam-distilled SD lines and held sample consultations with formulators.

We shortened the time from harvest to extraction and re-set the temperature band, improving retention of aroma compounds.

Tell us your formulation and required volume. Our team replies within two business days with specifications and test reports.
